長效型防靜電EPE泡棉產(chǎn)品 EPE anti-static foam product
特性:
俗稱“珍珠棉”,根據(jù)珍珠棉的密閉泡孔結(jié)構(gòu)和泡率區(qū)域?qū)?0~40倍的產(chǎn)品特征,
制程中使用丁烷和單桿酯發(fā)泡劑高壓注入的工藝特征。
用途：
通過后道深加工工藝把0.5~2mm的防靜電卷材料進(jìn)行與PE、PP、TPU等材材質(zhì)的
薄膜復(fù)合成多層復(fù)合卷材，可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)產(chǎn)品防擦傷，防止產(chǎn)品表面靜電吸附塵埃粒
子，屏蔽等功能。進(jìn)而用高周波熱壓、貼封口制袋用于電視機(jī)、電腦顯示器、
筆記本電腦、通訊設(shè)備、醫(yī)療儀器、**音響、電子半成品的出貨包裝。以其多
功能復(fù)合基材的特性可替代膠袋、氣泡袋等傳統(tǒng)包材達(dá)到更佳效果。通過卷材貼
合、復(fù)合、分切下料，沖壓成型貼合這些后道深加工工藝，把3~15mm的防靜電
卷材厚料制成具有優(yōu)良防震緩沖定位包裝材料，工序轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)異型托盤等。
Feature: It is common called “pearl foam ”,

butane and vesicant in the producing process.
Using process: through the last process we can make the thickness of 0.5mm-2mm
anti-static roller material together with PE, PP, TPU, etc material film to multilayer
complex roller material. Then it can come true that product not abrasion, preventing
surface dust, shield and etc features, they can serve the turn TV, computer monitor,
notebook PC, communication and medical equipment, upscale sound, electronic
semi-finished product’s packing , it can replace PE bag and alveoli bag.
Using joint , compound, cutting, and punch, then we can make 3~15mm anti-static
roller material to what packing material you need.
