    新型的特點：
  ·適用于要求高速加工，且需要高精度送料的沖制品。
    (每分鐘送料**高可達1200次)
  ·機械運轉時，安靜無聲，不造成工作場所的噪音。
  ·材料表面不會留下任何壓痕，可使沖制電鍍材料鋁合金、不銹鋼、銅、鐵、或二次工程廠商，得到**完美的沖制成品。
  ·所有調整均采用刻劃式，操作簡單，穩定性佳任何人員均可輕易操作它。
  ·本體為**體成型，可避免沖壓時所產生的共振，而影響送料精度。

    新型的標準規格(或設計)說明：
  ·板厚調整只需依材料厚度旋轉刻劃即可。
  ·放松裝置調整只需依模具內導梢位置來旋轉刻劃即可。
  ·送料長度用曲軸偏心量來調整(用塊規方式亦可)。
  ·上面壓板為氣壓式(壓力可調整)
  ·材料清潔用羊毛氈。
  ·插入材料時，上下壓板由空氣閥手動開關來操作開閉。
  ·潤滑方式—齒輪箱部分，固定座傳動裝置，傳動主軸，均為油槽式，其他軸承部分為黃油給油。
