特點Features

※卷取動力部分：兩個卷取馬達配合主機馬達做三馬達連動控制，主機馬達隔斷放料及收卷馬達控制張力，成品張力穩定，外觀美觀。

※Main Motor: Driven by connective 3 A.C motors, 1 for web rewind tension control which automatically, increasing toque on the rewind shafts when the finished roll O.D is getting bigger.

※卷取機構部分：卷取搖臂采用氣動連動控制平衡，卷取時可自動調節接觸壓力。接觸壓力可自行設定。本機也可以選配間斷式導輪卷取，更廣泛分切其它材料。

※Rewind Device: Horizontal control on rewind shaft arm is by air automatic adjustable; contacting pressure can be set on request.

※電機控制部分：操作界面采用LCD觸控屏，可直接在屏幕上設定各種卷取條件及運轉狀況。控制部分采用可程式控制器進行機械動作控制，備有自我檢測系統，機器故障時可自行診斷故障原因。

※Electricity Device: Control panel with LCD touch screen for setting tension, length…etc. Central control system is as PLC unit and on maintenance it can be communicated with our computer by telecom line for instant check and service.

※輔助放料裝置：材料卷出時經過表面壓輪，可使材料更平順，并降低噪音（適用于粘性材料）

※Using double surface type roller by air control can get smooth material and deduct the noisy, (For adhesive material).

※輔助拉料裝置：材料卷出時可以經由馬達輔助拉料，節省拉料時間，降低材料損耗。

※Optional Rewind Device: Pick-down lift driven by motor, which can save time and reduce, wasted material.

※基本放料形式：分離式放料機座，放料直徑較大。

※Unwind Base: Separated type with hydraulic core chuck can be equipped for efficient and quick Performance on jumbo roll change.

※原料輔助上料：采用油壓式動力，適合無行車之車間，可節省人力及縮短上下料時間。

※Unwind Pick-Up Lift: For loading jumbo roll on the machine quickly and time saving.

※放料部減音罩：降低材料卷出時所產生的噪音并可提升工作環境的品質與安全。

※Noise Reduction Hood: For attenuating the production sound when the machine is running.

※耳料處理裝置：可選配**立式或連體式排線機卷取廢料，另外還有強力風車可適用于無粘性之材料。

※Slitting Device: Able to be equipped with air score knife and trim removable unit for trimming at both sides and wide size slitting.
