工藝簡介：
該產品為半開孔性海棉，系在雙分組EVA海綿的成型后，采用特殊工藝浸漬導電涂料，從而使其具備導電性能。其工藝流程可分為：
1、 聚醚型EVA海綿發泡生產；按工藝要求控制泡孔和密度；
2、 將前述海綿爆破除膜，使其成為開孔性海綿；
3、 將前述開孔性海綿浸漬到點涂料，干燥。
